I've seen a few M-15's with a reef in the jib. I think you use a downhaul attached to the reef tack to pull the jib tack down, then you clip the jib sheets to the jib reef clew and Voila! you're reefed. A lot of jib bunched up on the deck but who cares! I've though of installing one but I've never needed it. The 110 supplied with the boat seems to do OK in a blow if the Main is reefed.
