Hi Don, Get the stern out of the water and stop dragging the mounting board of the outboard. The easy way to do this is to move weight forward in the M15. Start with the case of beer; the heavy anchor / chain / rode; etc. The more weight you can get forward, the less the stern immersion. Connie
