This was a problem mentioned on the TSBB catboat forum a while back. A person there had problems on their Suncat. As I might have mentioned this morning, I opined that an IdaSailor blade might pop up all the way with a proper tug, although it never worked for me. Sure enough, with a swift, firm pull the darn thing came up to 5 degrees or so from vertical, so there you are. An impressive engineering achievement, if think it.
