I realize the point of your inquiry Capt Sadler is to elicit
points of view based technically on The Rules, but, fwiw, my own rule on right of way, is, if *The Thing* that's approaching can put a dent in my precious M15, then *The Thing* approaching has the right of way every time, and i'm gonna do whatever it takes to not get my M15 hit.. :) - Brad
Last evening I found myself underway on a starboard tack and a collison course with a outrigger canoe powered by 6 or 7 big Hawaiian boys.
Who has the right of way?
