I previously owned an Intrepid 27 and it was a real dancer. There was one night that me and my buddies spent at anchor in about 25 to 30 knott winds and it didn't occur to me until later that the boom had been hauled to one side so we would have room in the cockpit. Although the boat was prone to dancing at anchor I believe this had a great impact that knight. It is nice to get the boom out of the way when anchored, however in the future I would check that it isn't causing the boat to dance or tug... Lou Aliotta

Hi Tom, No, the don't give the stuff away. Same with the SeaSlide @ $50 a quart. But if it will keep the bottom of the boat clean and protected then I'm happy. It may save me $7.50 worth or quarters to powerwash the bottom! I know what you mean. I spend all the quarters I keep on board for showers at the BE to wash the bottom of the boat on the way home. Are you launching next weekend? t On Fri, May 2, 2008 at 10:25 AM, RandyG <RKGraves@cite.nic.edu> wrote:

Hey Lou....a very good point. I almost always secure the boom on one side. Could be the problem right there. Thanks.
