By the way...it is official too, Larry Yake controls the weather in the San Juan Islands. He promised 'Jo when visiting us in Feb, that it would not rain in the San Juans during our trip. He was good to his word! That's a pretty big promise to make that far out unless you have some connections, so I'd say he's the man! Apparently, the Canadians do not recognize Larry's certification, as we can report that it does rain in the Gulf Islands (but not too bad) 12.75 days out of 14 of sunshine = pretty good I think!
