Mainsheet Travesty?????
"In just the next chapter in the book on complete crap justice in California, on Wednesday Judge Richard Martin ruled there was enough evidence for 39-year-old Bismarck Dinius of Sacramento to stand trial on charges of vehicular manslaughter in the April 29, 2006, boating accident on Clear Lake that resulted in the death of Lynn Thornton."
From Latitude 38 -
The NEW news is that the judge ruled to have Dinius stand trial - This guys life has been 'upset' since the day they charged him. My last comment - Write the Governor, or the CA Attorney General, and make your feelings known. There but for the grace of God go I. - I have, in the past, operated a boat while under the influence. I do not need to do that to have fun. Enuf stone throwing - lets get back to those cute little hammock thingies and glued-on wood blocks - hey one guy even drilled a hole right thru his boat mounting one of em!! LOL Lets Lighten UP! GO.
