A couple of yrs ago they closed their web sales without warning and failed to deliver or refund money to many people...all in the name of a reorg. A little searching should find the info. My understanding is the same owners (husband and wife) are still involved behind the scene in the business. This was a big deal on many cruising web sites and plenty of people lost big bucks.
