Hi Bobbie, Kind of looks like an old-style 14' Potter, doesn't it? The Potter history is mixed up with other boatbuilders in Wa. state (Sparrows, e.g.) and Guppys in Ca. From the photo, I think the bow/deck area looks damaged ,maybe. Interesting looking little boat. Fran M8
