"Going Sailing" noble words indeed Bones! Just came back from the lake. Did I go sailing?? I ashamed to say ...No. Used my new Meteos wind meter (Have you seen these things they're really cool) to register a steady 28-30 knts with gusts as high as 39. Too much for me to purposefully venture out in. Ugh! Lately it's either too much or too little. Tomorrow's forecast...10-20 I hope it's right!!!! And Jeff, right you are. Our ability to share experiences and knowledge with each other on this site is awesome. For instance...How did I know where to cut my keel open and what to expect it would look like inside? Another M23 owner, Theo Petron was kind enough to send me pics of the same process being done to his boat by a professional boat yard. I love this site! Not only do you get all kinds of ideas, expertise, etc......you also get tons of moral support to help you through those "Holly Cr%$ moments when you have no idea what you are going to do!
