Aqua Series 40

They're expensive and rather large lights. I have them on Dolphin and they (seem to) work very well. Which leads me to a somewhat related question. I have nav lights mounted on the pulpit and the boomkin, and rather than drill holes I just have a waterproof cable leading to them and secured to the tubes with nylon cable ties. Here's the problem: Nylon cable ties deteriorate within a season or so of UV and I have to keep replacing them. Is there some simple and obvious replacement that I'm missing? (Decorative rope work is not an option here!) Giles Morris
