Doug-- When I rebuilt my trailer (not a Trailrite) I just used treated 2x4s with good indoor-outdoor carpeting tacked on, and just let them settle into their shape with the weight of the boat. (They bend right away.) Seems to be working fine so far. (only 1 season--about a half dozen launches) O -------(\_----------(\_--------- ~ ~ (\_ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Steve McClellan~~M15~#152~~Chicago
I looked in the archives but didn't find anything. Do you have to get the boards to twist before you mount them or do you let them take a natural set with the M15 siting on them for a few days?
What do you cover them with?
