Gentlemen: I'm not sure but the dumping of toxic substances like ethanol containing liquids into waters of the USA without a permit is a federal (plus state) violation. The "clean waters" act prohibits such acts. The Klabautermann will just have to be satisfied with some bottled water. :) Don
