Carol, Doug, I can further attest to the expertise of Hooper's in Afton, Mn. They have worked on both of my M Boats, and have done fabulous work. They know the Montgomery line well. Their fiberglass man, David, is an absolute guru. Fortunately, I have not had to deal with a swelling trunk on my 1976 M17. Theo had the issue with his M23, and Hooper's put it right. FWIW.
