I believe that is an older Solarex 20w panel - I have used them for years - (current one is ready to retire and is to be replaced by NOS 10w). I sold many with good results when I was in the boat bus. - if you can - mount it on stand-offs to allow air circulation beneath the panel to help cool it and keep the face clean.
