Sure have. It is a great one to sail, but the lake is a bit tough to maneuver in and out of without a motor. The ramp is pretty shallow and tucked back into a shallow area of the lake with reeds growing on either side of the run out to the lake for a good 50 feet or so. Also, the boat launch is in a state park and you have to pay to get in (I think it's under $10). The park and parking is nice, though.
