Larry has, as usual, great input. A quiet body of water to anchor in, protected bay, marina, etc. will make the difference on whether one gets any rest, or is tortured by fitful sleep, or one is constantly checking anchor. The first night I spent aboard my M17, I was definitely annoyed by the lapping water on the lapstrake. On the M23, it is no where near as pronounced. Regardless, the price we pay for sailing small trailerables, in the long run, in my humble opinion, we are still the winners. Get out there and do it.
