Bob I like the telescoping factory ladder that came on Sweet Dream. I'm sure that Bob would sell you one. Its a small ladder and just the right size for mounting the boat when its on the trailer from the ground. I've only used it a few times from the water but it works OK. By the way, I drag a short 3/8" line from the stern cleat in the STBD side with a large loop in the free end. Just the right size to put your foot into and step up, providing a great "first step". Its really there as a safety line to grab to if you fall overboard and provides something to hold onto while you are releasing the folding ladder. One day, swim around the boat and try to find something to hold on to other than the slippery rudder or the OB propeller. Look at some of the photos on the MSOG web site.
