I live in Evanston, Il, a few blocks north of the Chicago border. For a number of complicated reasons, I haven't sailed since I bought my boat two years ago. But I am hoping to find some M-15 sailors in the Chicago area, get some advice from them, and get out on the water, sooner or later.
