Hello Dave, Well, shiver me timbers....an electric flare is now available, and approved! I wonder if those millennial coast guard pups that boarded me on Superior last summer and ticketed me for outdated flares would have accepted those..... I have multiple packs of old flares, I started throwing them in my truck bed emergency kit. On another note, Where is Todd Mills these days?
