My name is Roger . I have just become a subscriber having purchased a M17 late last year. I am retired, based in Victoria BC, and plan to sail locally around the Gulf Islands . My boat is in good order and is one with the cut out in the transom . The year of manufacture is 1979. I have been interested to see the various letters and questions and answers and will be posting a question later today for comment.
