Thanks for the info on the outboards. I hate to be a pest but the next thing i need to replace is the rudder. I sent Bob Egg a note to get pricing for a replacement with no response. Then i found a company that has a plastic replacement that also kicks up. I don't recall the manufacturers name but noticed that it actually weighs more than the mahogony. Any experience with this rudder? The manufacturer claims that it performs better than the original... Jeff
Try Ida Sailor (866-400-2204). I installed one on Carpe Ventum before I sold it.
