Was thinking of putting the (included) slide out removeable mount on the lower hatch board, but I think that may be to far away for my eyes and a small screen. I'll probably start by useing the friction auto mount (also included) and just sit it on the seat. I doubt that I'll use it as a permanently mouted item. But, that's why I chose this one over a larger chartplotter... As you know from your use. This one is very portable. Bill
