Mike - I have the kind of M17 you're looking for - although mine slides up and down on a stainless steel rod rather than a bronze one. I've purchased (and received) an IdaSailor kick-up rudder, so have no need for the old one. You can have it for the shipping cost, and the old tiller too, if you want it.
