a couple of years ago i almost purchased one of the 'true' 4HP yamaha motors for my M17 (the 'new' 4HP motors are really a 6HP engine so the weight went from 45ish pounds to 75 pounds). was ready to make the deal, my suzuki in the back of the truck.  when i arrived the outboard shop began to change the price of the motor and the trade-in for my suzuki.  i walked away ... glad a did as the business practice was poor, sorry that i didn't get the outboard. :: Dave Scobie ________________________________ From: "bownez@juno.com" <bownez@juno.com> Sent: Friday, September 6, 2013 7:05 AM Dave, I have an old Evenrude 2hp "Mate" from the mid 70's that make the Honda sound quiet!!!
