Hi Bob, I noticed that you are posting on the M-Boat message board so I thought I’ d try to engage you here. We’ve not yet received our registration and insurance information on our boat. You’ve not responded to our emails or telephone calls. Perhaps there is a problem with your telephone or email? Hope all is going well on our boat, “Happy Thoughts too”. You have been working on the boat since we gave you a deposit in August of 2004. We paid off the boat in September of 2007, including the extra $10K you added. It was paid off the first time in 2006 until you raised the price). The trailer was paid off in 2006. You said it would be finished in December of 2007. I think it’s time to finish our boat. In March, on this board, you said it would be 14 or 15 days. We were there in April.. The boat hadn't been touched since we paid it off in 2007. Your latest promise was that our M23 would be finished, complete and ready to sail by May 20th. We’re making arrangements to travel to pick up the boat, but not having heard from you, we’re getting a bit nervous. You have put us off before, many times. These continuous trips back and forth from Denver to Ontario are getting expensive. We hate to have to bother all of the good M-Boat people with our problem. We’re out of patience.
