When I got on this list, I did not know that my e-mail would be clogged up with all kinds of meaningless e-mails. I've appreciated some valuable information that I've received, but the last few days were the straw that broke this camel's back. I've probably received 30-40 emails in the last week, the last bunch all talking about not receiving messages. Is there any way to avoid getting all this stuff?
