What about adding a skeg to an old M-15? Has this modification every been successfully done? Do the new M-15s have the skeg as a factory built in? With my oarlock fittings located as I told you, I could use some weight in the stern to keep the skeg in the water. However, if you built your NYMPH, modifying the skeg shouldn't be a big deal! ........every boat is nothing but a series of improvements!
