Mike, Great Idea!! I'm familiar with the Nuese River/Clubfoot/South River areas. From there it's a great sail over to Oriental. The South River has great anchorage areas as is Back Creek off of Adams Creek or Clubfoot (I have friends there) I've not yet been to Turnagain Bay or Long Bay. I have friends that live down east and I've asked them for some 'local' knowledge of the area. Area is either Albemarle Sound/Elizabeth City or the lower Nuese River/Clubfoot/South River/Turnagain Bay/Long Bay. On 9/15/11, Joe Murphy <seagray@embarqmail.com> wrote:
This is a great time of the year here in NC to get out on the water. I'm looking for other Monty's that would like to do some sailing. I live in Atlantic Beach, not far from Beaufort. Anybody out there?? Joe SeaFrog M17 #651 _______________________________________________ http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/montgomery_boats
