Hi John, This winter I added a ladder to my M15, but it involved four holes and plenty of contortions to install. It's a Windline three rung transom mounted ladder that the new boats use. I wanted one I could use in emergency if overboard etc. On the 'no holes' front I have a ladder that's been cluttering up my garage I'd give you if you want to come get it or make arrangements. I never actually used it so I can't attest to its use. It was fabricated out of stainless by the prior owner to hang over the transom, otherwise it stows in the deep cockpit locker. It looks functional (and weird) and free to good home. I'm in Hood River, OR. Has anyone found one they liked? I'd like to avoid making any holes.
