All lines below double braid - Main halyard = 1/4" Jib halyard = 5/16" Reefing lines =3/16" Cunningham =3/16" If your hands can stand 1/4" for jib sheets; otherwise 5/16" Main sheet 5/16" Mainsheet traveler = 3/16" Boom vang will be 3/16 or 1/4 depending on vcleat size. That looks right for the halyards and incidentals, but the sheet blocks and cleats look like they were intended for something larger. What is (are) the usual sizes?
About the only piece that isn’t coming apart is the centerboard pendant. It’s tempting to leave it alone as I don’t really have a plan for getting at the centerboard.
