Hi Steve & Diana,
I'm the one looking for ideas on a improved mast
carrier, My thoughts are to have the rear mast carrier
serve double duty, one level for trailering (
fairly level), the other level elevated as much as possible
to gain height prior to raising the
mast.
Boughy my boat a couple months ago & it has no
rear carrier, it was just laid on a piece of foam
on top of the transom, I'd like something
better
Appreciate any idea you have, if you have pic's
please post them.

Subject: M_Boats: Mast Crutch
Greets,
As I was moving my boat around, wishing that I
was sailing instead of just moving the boat, I remember someone asking
about a crutch to get the mast elevated enough to clear the companion way
hatch when raising and lowering it. My boat has an extension that sits
on the transom, and ties to the crutch that I use for trailering. If you
would like, I could send a .jpg (offline) to anyone who is
interested.
Regards,
Steve
