M_Boats: Honda 2 hp

I've been out sailing here in San Diego bay in Dancing Bear my new (for me) M-15 (#151) and I'm wondering how in tar-nation I can get this motor to come all the way out of the water...I have the original motor-mount of course and it seems to me I've seen pictures of these darn things free and clear but for the life-of-me I can't see how...
