M_Boats: How did you retrofit a stern pulpit on an M15

How did you attach the pulpit? It would take Mini-Me to get in there. I replaced the thru hull bolts on the M15's rudder and had to a large hole in my cockpit to reach them. I had one existing access hole. Even with the two holes it has a hard job. I can't imagine getting in to attach a pulpit. My access holes can be seen at: www.yourcommunityweb.com/Monty15/cockpit.htm
