M_Boats: Bulkhead racks

I'm looking for ideas for how to make and attach racks on the interior companionway bulkheads for easy-to-get items, ie. binos, charts, VHF, knife, and other small stuff that tend to disappear when you need them. Would heli-coils work?? Thanks, Joe
