M_Boats: sale of m17

Joseph Hubert of Portland Oregon is the new owner of M17 #369. We would like to thank everyone who responded to our post and to Joseph for purchasing her. Also would like to thank Maria in Florida who was excited about the boat and understandably frustrated because we already had an appointment set up to show it.
