Thanks for all the QUICK response!! The sail maker is a company by the name of "Western Sailcraft" out of Jordan Minnesota. The sail was a surprise gift from my wife. So She asked some sailing friends for help and I don't think they knew that Montgomery boats sold them. But still a great gift!! I might have said the wrong term before about the fold. It is not a stress fold as in tension. It's as though you drew a line from the front of the batten pockets straight down the sail. The front part of the sail starts to form the foil then the back of the sail ( after the line I just mentioned) is as flat as can be, unless the wind comes up then she takes shape. So it seems as though the battens are to stiff. Mark I have to tell you that is a Great Shot of your sail, you should post it!! Briant M-17 Another Road
