Sal, Fair winds and good sailing on the M15, and fast healing for Gail. Bill M17 #622 On Tue, Aug 18, 2009 at 11:48 AM, <SALGLESSER@aol.com> wrote:
Thanx much,
I don't think that we planned on "going back". We've been long time admirers of the Hess/Montgomery design lineage. The M-15, I'm sure is just the beginning.
Spent some time with John, MaryLou and Eddie, great folks.
John is very bright and inventive. I must say that I am quite amazed at John's well thought out, simple improvements to the boat. Hard to believe so much could be put into a 15 foot boat.
My wife, Gail, took a bad fall about 5 weeks ago. shattered her knee-cap among other damage. The doctors managed to put her back together with screws and wire . She was quite the trooper going to get the boat, brace, cane and all. (Denver - Arkansas - Denver) The accident did slow our sailing time recently.
We're planning a "dry run": this weekend to make sure we know where all of the lines go. Hope to get her wet in the next couple of weeks.
We're sure it's going to be a wonderful adventure. Thanx much to John Butler for "letting her go". John has a great attitude and we hope to see him soaring shortly.

Careful Sal. Once you sail an M15, you may never go back... t
