Shhhh! The Great Lakes are probably the best kept open secret in the world. To me, it looks as if the M-boats were built for Michigan; I wonder if Lyle Hess ever had the opportunity to sail here? The big blue looks kinda' scary from the Midwest, at times... California to Hawaii in an M-15???? That's a bit more adventuresome than I am, but don't anyone tempt me. By the way, a good friend of mine has the copyright for the "Say ya to the UP, eh" slogan from about 1980 (a variation on the "Say yes! To Michigan" ad campaign) . He hasn't worked on anything but his hobbies in 20 years! All it takes is a good (??) idea! Take care, Dave
