Hi Rick, I get the anchor rode, the chain and my anchor in the crate. By the Way, there is a new chain of stores called "The Container Store" - I visited one in Dallas, and this would be a good place to go looking for storage solutions on an M15/17. The have all sorts, shapes and sizes of containers. My lunch hook is the smallest Bruce copy that I got at West Marine. It fits nicely into that crate. I also have an aluminum Danforth (originally built for seaplanes ....weight!) that lives in the port sail locker. My serious anchor - the small Fortress - is up forward together with chain and rode. The two port locker anchors are ready to go instantly. With them grabbing the bottom, I then have ample time to leisurely go forward and get out the serious anchor, if ever needed. Rick, a small rectangular waste paper basket can work but drill some holes for water drainage. Connie
