Tom, you may want to consider the clear lexan panels like I replaced on Windsong M17 on the MSOG photo site. Its nice to have light in the cabin and I can use a privacy curtain when I do not want other to see in. I made mine in two panels of 1/4" clear lexan Perry Bolin M17 # 226 Windsong

My M-17 Wild Hare is definately a candidate for new hatch boards. Keep us informed if you get enough people together to do this.
