M_Boats: Fiberglass experts! ?

I have this pattern near my port Stern about the size of my outstretched hand. Fiberglass under solid and sounds the same as the rest of hull. Just curious as to what it is. I plan on painting this anyway so cosmetically no concern. Sent from my iPhone
