M_Boats: swim ladder preference?

I need to add a swim ladder to a non-Montgomery boat. The one on my M15 is fairly short and was thinking of using a 3 or 4 step telescoping ladder. What is current best choice out there? Thanks Doug Kelch "Seas the Day"
