Hi: I store mine in the cabin all the time with the sail wrapped around it. The key is to get the boom right up against the bow and it will barely fit in the cabin. Make sure nothing is between the boom and the bow. Mine has been stored in the cabin throughout the winter and summer. It’s handy to have the sail on it for easy set up. In 7 years, I’ve never had any weathering or damage to the sail. Oh, wise ones, I've heard the M-15's boom can be stored within the cabin, but I've never managed to get mine in there. If possible, what's the secret maneuverations required? If not possible, where and how do you secure your boom when towing for distance?
