Yes, this is a March '83 boat! Good job on the sleuthing. Maybe now we can put a name with the scoundrel and get him to make those effected a new hull plate (only 28 years later).

Is this a March '83 (3830xxx51PMM) boat, Joey? Back on May 7, Mike Johnson reported a M-17 with backwards HIN 383066371PMM, which could be the same one I asked the list about back in July of 2005 (when from memory I had the HIN as "383xx-xx71RMM").
Perhaps Jerry had entrusted this task to a newer employee who just didn't quite grasp the concept back in early 1983?
