M_Boats: unsticking centerboard

A photo of the hatch would be nice... I still need to know HOW to unstick it, even if we have to launch to make sure it is unstuck. Also, a quick question: I'm going to leave the boat here in Washington parked until June (at least)- should I put it up on blocks to save the tires? Bobbie
