The pertinent things are: major 2001 refit including -interprotect 2000 epoxy bottom and centerboard (Howard's centerboard recipe ;) professionally applied last year with Micron CSCextra -All deck hardware / rails removed -- holes dried, widened, epoxy filled, hardware rebedded -interior LED's installed (very cool, i must say) -fishfinder/Depth with in-hull mount -beautiful green bootstripe and matching deckstripe added -all teak (toerails include) refinished -tiller, rudder stripped, epoxied, refinished and rudder bottom painted, tiller-tamer added (very handy) 5 sails -- Main, 80, 109, 155, spinnaker -- headsails tanbark, spinnaker yellow 1998 Honda 5hp 4 stroke custom stern rail (not installed) custom cockpit cushion adjustable backstay bulkhead compass, full functioning running lights non-galley version good trailer with keel guides locations: Seattle, WA 11 lb. bruce anchor with 30ft. chain I really think, based on all the shopping i did last year, that this boat in this condition should fetch $7500, but i'll entertain offers. pics on website to follow.
