Bill, Glad to hear you will be rolling in the dough :) John Edwards, Abbey Gura and I just finished a fabulous cruise in MA - Buzzards Bay, Woods Hole, Martha's Vineyard. A clear cool cloudless day and rollicking close reach in 15 kts to beautiful HHadleyHarbor on Sunday. A near beam reach in the same cconditionson Monday all the way out to Edgartown MA. We sailed through Woods Hole with a 4 kt current pushing us through. The day ended closer to 20kts and gusty. 25 knots the next morning so we hung around and enjoyed sailboat heaven - Must have seen 30 Hershoff 12 1/2s Back down Vineyard sound with light winds clear skies and favorable currents on Wednesday to Tarpaulin cove - snorkeling, kayaking an beach coaming for the afternoon. A another nice sail back to Fairhaven Ma on Thursday. A great trip. Enjoy! Doug Kelch "Seas the Day" --- BILLAMICASR@aol.com wrote:
I'm not complaining and I realize one must be careful what one hopes for... This week brought on 5 week days of at least 10 hours each and Saturday at 13 hours. For a total of 68 hours. So today, Sunday, I'm just hanging out and relaxing. Wishing I could be sailing. I know some of you have been sailing this weekend, and I love to read about the accounts of others, especially when I cant be the do'er. Come on post your tales...
