Happy holidays to all our fellow Monty sailors...and all others as well! Lovely reflection for us all, Connie, thanks so much! regards, John On 12/25/20 6:26 AM, Conbert Benneck wrote:
As the oldest member of the clan, who hasn't been on the water in years, let me pass on a tid-bit, from the Admirable who has been sailing the Elysian Seas in our M15 LEPPO since May 2019.
She told me that when she reached the Pearly Gates, St. Peter welcomed her, and gave her our old M15 so that she could have new Heavenly sailing Adventures.
It was ship-shape, provisioned, and ready to sail new seas.
It could sail locally, or you could point the bow at the horizon and explore new distant realms.
M-sailors will find that on the Elysian Seas, all courses to your destinations are broad reaches; there are many little delightful harbors, with good holding ground for overnight anchoring, - and your anchor will never drag.
The weather cooperates, with just enough variation to keep you on your toes, and ads zest to the daily sailing experience.
For your present Earthly sailing, I would like to wish you fair winds; always a hands-breadth of water under your keel; and good holding grounds for your anchor.
Happy Sailing,
Connie
