The most lamentable mistake I made on the Piragua was not insuring that the sides are dimensioned exactly the same. I didn't, which produced a slight twist to the stern, on the order of 1/8". I doubt it affects the boat at all, but it drives me crazy every time I see it! Alignment is everything. Steve
